Our Bespoke Service - A Luxury Experience
At House of Musafir, we offer a complimentary initial consultation with no obligations attached. This allows us to gain a deeper understanding of your needs and requirements, while giving you the opportunity to share your vision with us.
During the consultation, we will discuss your personal style, preferences, themes, color palettes, embroidery styles, and budget, among other things. We will provide transparent feedback on what we can achieve for you, whether you have a clear idea of what you want or are still exploring options.
CONCEPTUALISATION & SAMPLING
Next, we'll work with you to conceptualise your design. Together, we'll explore and finalise colour palettes, embroideries, design details and fabrics. We'll convert your ideas into realistic and achievable designs and present you with sketches to help you visualise the final look.
We'll develop full-scale embroidery artworks and swatches for your approval. We'll also create a toilé (test garment) of your outfit using your body measurements, so you can assess the fit and structure of your bespoke piece before production commences. Physical samples and swatches are shipped to you, allowing you to accurately assess colours, details and finishings.
After receiving approvals for your test garment and samples, production on your garment begins.
Our highly-skilled artisans are experts in creating luxury couture using the finest hand-embroidery techniques and high-quality materials and fabrics.
You'll receive regular updates throughout the production process to ensure you know what's happening every step of the way.
QUALITY CONTROL & FINAL FITTINGS
Stickler for details? Each and every component of your garment will be subject to our rigorous quality control checks to ensure there's not a seam out of place.
You'll receive final images of your garment for your approval before it is shipped and delivered to you, on-time.
